my PowerBook is back! with a new harddisk

On 27th June, I reported S.M.A.R.T. failing in my PowerBook's hard disk. I got it back today.

The harddisk is replaced with a new one (same model) under warranty. AppleCare is really good :-)

Now, I have quite a few things to do with this new harddrive.

• Repartition the hard disk.
  
• Install Mac OS X 10.4 "Tiger"
  
• importing my settings (bookmarks, calendar, mail rules etc) from .Mac
  
• install iWorks' 05
  
• install other applications, such as
  Photoshop Elements, Microsoft Office v.X, or perhaps I can try NeoOffice/J (aka OpenOffice.org) instead.
