Last week in Wisteria Lane, after the tragedy with Bree's son Andrew running over Carlos' mother Juanita Solis, Bree dumped Andrew's car to get rid of DNA evidence. Meanwhile, Susan grew suspicious of Mike Delfino's real reason for moving to Wisteria Lane. Lynette reached the breaking point in her addiction to the twins' ADD medication.

Gabrielle confessed her adulterous affair, after John confessed to a priest. And one of the mysterious was solved, the note “I know what you did. It makes me sick. I'm going to tell.” was written by Martha Huber. Mr. Shaw (hired by Paul Young) first thought it was Edie. Well, Paul Young murdered Mrs. Huber for revenge.

Looking to give her life a purpose, Gabrielle decides to organise a glamorous Halston fashion show for charity, highlighting the ladies of Wisteria Lane.

But Susan is less than charitable toward her friend when she discovers Gabrielle's shocking secret.
