Victoria Police refuses to apology
Victoria Police performed a roadside drug test on John de Jong. The test showed positive, however, a more accurate laboratory test (which is the final conclusive result) showed negative.
Victoria Police named and shamed John de Jong by accusing John taking drug which he did not, and put his family into such horrible time.
The response from Victoria Police,
We know you are innocent, but we can't understand why it's happened to you.
Yeah, Victoria Police has the right to put ordinary citizen into ordeal, but when they realised it was a mistake, no apology was given.
