Gay couple Jason Lawrence and Paul Donoghue say their sexuality led to a breakdown with the local council over rubbish collection. They are taking legal action against their local garbos over claims the workers refused to collect their rubbish and verbally abused them.
Council said they cancelled the rubbish collection service themselves. The council now just hang up their calls. They now pay another waste company $700 a year to pick up their rubbish.
