How rude my flatmate is

This is what I received from my flatmate Sabita. She posted following notice on her door.

Let's take a closer look,

What the f**k? Who gave her f**king right to limit my right to throw out rubbish? and only can be done when she is out.

So her sleep is precious? And my sleep can to be waken up by her hard shoes at around 4:30 a.m. in the morning? That's 4:30 in the early morning.

She can post that f**king notice, and I have a digital camera! And thanks for reading this.

To whom it may concern

Please work and walk quietly in the kitchen & on the stairwell at night and in the early hours of the morning.

Refrain from taking the rubbish out at night as this can be done in the day (when I am out of the house).
Refrain from opening cupboards, doors & drawers with a bang, and opening tabs with force.

I wake up very early in the mornings, therefore my sleep is precious to me !!
Please be considerate of others !!
