Legal systems take too long.
It will always cause a disturbance when people get hurt by the police. You never see the police demonstating against the mobs tho'. Sometimes the police are too rough and other times it is the mob that start the violence.
Where I was born, we had many riots. Usually involving politics or sports.
When a policeman has injured or killed a person, there is usually an inquiy which takes some time to work.
I guess there will always be riots and disturbances as long as people live in a free country. We should count our lucky stars that we live in a free country.

Until the goverment do more, violence will continue. Sydney is a very nice city, during my stay in Sydney, I cannot stop observing the high occurance of crime involving the Middle East people, in fact our group of friend will have higher alert when come into close distance with the wired hair style Middle East young. I believe that immigrants should try to blend into the local culture and society, they might practice their own culture and life style in private, but when stepping out of their door, they should exercise more concern about how the local community look at them. And if they really insist on being what they are or the way they are from the country of their origin, then they over look the purpose of migrating to others country. If these people like their own way of life too much to give in for the new environment, then they should make effort to go back to where they come from; afterall they might be happier doing so. Well, to the local community... in this case the whites; we do know that the white supremacies do exist and practice by some of the people. Targetting the whole of a particular community by race is definitely a bad idea, world are getting smaller, and everybody is living closer to everyone... defending the last mile of border difference and race difference will be either another disaster in the future..... or a joke depicting the old fashion mentality. Do take into consideration that a big population of Aussie is actually residing in the foreign countries as well, so please dont take it too personal "mate"! Beside, if the target now is Middle East, who will be targetted next... and then... Both cities have higher muslim populations than Birmingham, Slough, Manchester ect.
